I was wondering if you could recommend some additional reading on instrumental variable analysis.

Hi --

As you know, there are brief explanations in DCR-4 (Chapter 9) and EBD (Chapter 10).  I've attached a review for epidemiologists, which is more understandable than ones for biostatisticians or econometricians.  But it's still pretty challenging.
