Joseph perhaps the English in the question stem is unclear to you - they way I read it is:
1) Prostate cancer screening declined. You don't know if this is good or bad.
2) Read the three statements. Does the information presented in each statement help you decide whether 1 is good or bad? or is the information presented not helpful to make this call?
