I'm having difficulty interpreting the question stem below. The first part (miss rates, inappropriate holds) seems to be asking about sensitivity and specificity, while the second part (prior probability) seems to be getting at LRs and PPV, NPV. What exactly is the question asking us to evaluate?

Are the authors' estimates of the miss rate and inappropriate police holds consistent with the prior probability they provided from their experience and the sensitivity and specificity they reported for CT using abdominal + lung windows in Table 1?

This should be straightforward once you have created the 2 x 2 table in the previous part.  You created that table based on the prior probability, and the miss rate and rate of inappropriate police holds they estimated.  This question is asking whether that table you just created is consistent with the sensitivity and specificity reported  for CT using abdominal + lung windows in Table 1.
