Thanks to Patti and one of her students for pointing out that problem 6e is confusing, because the first part is total positive scans and the second part is EXTRA invasive procedures and the question asks about FALSE POSITIVE results.

I will pull the article and clarify this problem with a new version of the HW by tonight.  You should skip 6f for now, too.

I just posted the corrected version; it is called HW6 Assignment Rev 2013-1022c. Thanks to Gabriel Brooks and Patti Curl for noticing!

Is there supposed to be a table included with the question?  The text references table 3. Perhaps I am missing something?
