I see that the reading assignment for Monday is an article and Chapters 2 and 4 (up to page 30) of Russell and Morrison, however I didn't see the full name of the book or where to buy it.
Is it this workbook from the NIH? If so, is there a special code for us to use? Has anyone ordered it already?
