The assignment is listed under the required reading section. One of the articles - Weaver - is a bit dense so you can just read the abstract to get the idea. I wanted to add we know this is short notice, so if you can't do the homework in time that will be understood! Please try to get as much done as possible, however, as this is a fascinating area. At least having done the reading before you come in will help you understand the lecture.
