I am having trouble accessing the Agents for Respiratory Disesases lecture, even after installing the Articulate App on my tablet; however, I am able to access the Diabetes lecture no problem. Could you give me some insight as to how to resolve this issue so that I may watch the lecturers on my tablet?
Also, I tried to post this on the Q&A forum, but it does not seem to let me.

Apologies for the delay in responding. I was in an oral exam (pharmacy) most of the day. When I checked the mini lecture just now, it's playing fine on my laptop and tablet. I hope that another student or the IT Help Desk in the library was able to help you but if not, please do your best with the slide deck (ie, version without narration) and we'll try to sort when you're in the library tomorrow. If others have solutions, please do post!

I'm sorry about that. It's fixed now. It was in a format that doesn't work for some tablets. All future articulates should work for you without issue.
