In class I referenced a study about patient preference for medication dyskinesia vs. Parkinson's symptoms. I misspoke when I stated that the difference was between patients early on in disease course and later in disease course. My apologies for this error! The difference is in patients who have experienced dyskinesia and who have not experienced it.
"PD patients without current dyskinesia would prefer to tolerate parkinsonism than dyskinesia; PD patients with current dyskinesia preferred to have dyskinesia than parkinsonism."
