Hi,

I had to change disposition to a nominal variable before being able to reclassify it. Is that correct?

Just for kicks, I added a means node at the end to see if there were differences between patients admitted/died. Is that statistically appropriate or not?

thx,

Aida

Narratives:

81 yo M at home dancing when another knocked him and wife over. Laceration to back of L hand & forearm. Dx L upper arm contusion, laceration hand.

16 mo F at home pulled family dog - huskies collar, dug spun her head around scraping teeth on patient's face, not a true bite. Dx animal induced injury.

Yes - it is fine to a means node to see if there are differences by admission status.  That is basically the Table 1 in a paper.

And brownie points for the first narrative post.  Can anyone beat it?
