I do not have a PDF file converter to combine the 3 pdf documents (table, graph, and log file) into a single pdf. Is it OK if I upload these three pdf files separately?

Do you have Windows or Mac? On Mac, you can use the application 'Preview' to combine PDFs by just dragging the documents together into 1.
