Hello everyone: you'll see several items listed in the 'Required resources and Preparation Materials' for our session on Friday morning. Please know that I will summarize all of the material in the first presentation. My summary will give you the basics of each of those pdf's, and your reading of them will give you more details. The 'AGD Impact May team building' is an issue from the Academy of General Dentistry that has good information.
