You are welcome to submit a PDF, html or DocX for the final project
I know some windows users are having issues exporting figures into PDF files using MarkDoc. Haggish (the package developer actually got back to me) so may be we can resolve this soon.
For fun try exporting at a tex file with the Stata journal style and then open with OverLeaf or another LaTeX reader:
markdoc biostat212_FinalProjectExample, replace style(stata) export(tex)
