Looking forward to next Monday's class. I believe the following four people have volunteered to take the papers for next week, and Asa has already volunteered to take the Braveman paper. I have gone ahead and assigned the rest to Odmara, Diane, and Jenny - please confirm this works for everyone.

Also, to help cultivate more discussion going forward we'd like students to limit themselves to about 2 slides providing the key points of the journal article (slide 1) and discussion points/questions (slide 2). Then during discussion refer to the article to identify points to support discussion or/and parts of the article that seems particularly confusing/interesting/applicable to your research or the course. You can use the discussion questions we provide to guide this, in addition to adding your own questions if you'd like.
We'd like to make sure to cultivate time for students to present their individual ideas related to the articles rather than having to spend time summarizing the ideas laid out by authors. For those presenting next week, please don't hesitate to get in touch with Meghan or me this week with questions about this!
