Fixed costs, variable costs, health, functional status and many other non-health related factors influence our definition and experiences of an acceptable/enjoyable Quality of Life. This article helps us look at a different perspective and approach to outcomes in psychiatry. Are the outcomes in this study aligned with what you see in practice? what are the implications of these kinds of studies?
