Your response must address all of the questions below.
Think about a health care organization you are familiar with or have researched. Using Borkowski Chapter 21 as your guide, consider the organizational strategy and structures within that institution, and respond to the following questions:
1. How does the structure, strategy and culture impact the operation of this organization?
2. Are there sources of instability, conflict or mismatch?
3. If you could introduce ONE change, what would it be (or have been)?
Primary Post
- Submit your initial post by Thursday 9/26 11:59 PM (PDT). Your response should be between 250-450 words, and include at least one reference. Do not solely include required reference readings.
Secondary Posts
- Respond to at least two different primary posts by Sunday 9/29 11:59 PM (PDT). Responses should be no less than 150 words in length. While it is not required to provide a supportive reference citation for your secondary posts, it is strongly encouraged.
