Course Description:
This course will increase the learner’s capacities to:
- Identify potential health promotion opportunities faced by vulnerable communities, inclusive of existing prevention-related challenges
- Create partnerships with community members and key stakeholders
- Formulate strategies that address deep-rooted and systemic health-related problems
- Develop logic models in collaboration with peers supportive of community-based projects
