Section outline

  • Lecture: Introduction to Health Behavior Change Theories Focused on Individual Behavior Change for Clinicians, Patients and Individuals

This lecture will introduce the course, and describe Socio-Ecological frameworks for integrating evidence-based clinical & public health strategies. Additionally, this lecture will cover the use of Health Belief Model and Theory of Planned Behavior in understanding targets for health behavior change interventions and in designing intervention strategies.
