where is chp 8 of EBD-2?

Does anyone know where is the chp 8 of EBD-2? It says it will be posted below the lecture notes but I am not able to find it.

Sorry that Chapter 8 disappeared.  I uploaded the latest version (from yesterday!) to the CLE site where it should have been.
