for slide 72, can the instructors confirm that the wrong numbers are plugged into the eipsensi formula on this slide when comparing to the actual sensitivity and specificity from slide 71?
just want to confirm that I am understanding the two slides correctly.
for example, Specificity of cases on slide 72 should be 95% not 83% as it states.

yes, Francois and I also suspected there may be some mis-labeling or errors in Slide 72 and have noted this for our f/b to Dr. Mayeda for the future. This is also why in q11d we ask you to do the bias correction manually.
Also, I just noticed, we didn't update the numbering in q11d. Where it says "Starting with the corrected cell counts from 12b...as you did in 12b and show your work."
we meant: "Starting with the corrected cell counts from 11b,....as you did in 11b and show your work.
