eTable 3 states a RR of 1.18 for the secondĀ  'yellowed out row" in the version you provided.

the accompanying text states that

when sensitivity is assumed to be 0.75 in the MMR immunized and 0.6 in the unvaccinated the RR estimate moves from 1.40 to 1.14

however 1.14 is not the same as 1.18

I have been able to use the hint to replicate the findings in part 11b, and part c but not part d and part d is related to this discrepancy.

What is the true RR for this analysis and are you sure that we use the data from the exposure misclassification manipulated data?

thank you

Hi,

please follow numbers in the table, the 1.18. I can only guess that the 1.14 in the report text is a typo.

You may use the method for addressing misclassification of exposure to address misclassification of the outcome, with the appropriate substitutions, as the Hint describes.

Best of luck.
