Salomon - This article includes a list of 220 disability weight developed by the Global Burden of Disease project, for use in global health. I am looking for a similar kind of table of utility weights.
Jonsson - There were some thoughtful comments yesterday about perspective, and the virtues of taking a societal perspective. Attached here is an excellent article on the topic.
