Hi Designing Clinical Research Students - By now you should have received two emails from me (delivered from Agnes Ng) about getting ready for our DCR course this Summer, including doing Assignment 1 before class starts in a week and a half.
From now on, you'll be getting announcements, reminders, advice etc. from me throughout the course through this News Forum on our course syllabus. Depending on how you have things set up, you'll either get an immediate email about this, a delayed email (with a weekly digest of all the posts), or never get an email...of course, I recommend you choose the setting that will turn these posts into immediate emails! To change this, go to your CLE Profile (upper right hand corner)/Preferences/Forum Preferences. See screenshot below. Note: you can always find ALL these News posts at the link at the top of the Syllabus.
One other item: I'll just remind you that there will be an optional Zotero session planned for July 23rd at 1pm. That's Thursday of next week. If you don't know how to use citation management software (like Endnote or Zotero or others), I highly encourage you to go and learn how - managing and presenting citations is an important part of scholarship. We'll send out Zoom info about that session next week.
