Dear DCEA Students,
Our penultimate class is coming up this Thursday. I propose to use our time to finish the female condom CEA presentation; and to deliver a lecture on Equity and Efficiency.
We will still have a 30-45 minutes remaining. We can use the remaining time to either:
1. Delve into the implications of behavioral economics for CEA (this intersects with some of the points Anton made in lecture last week).
2. Have unstructured Q&A time to address any points we covered in the course that remain unclear to you; or to explore further any concepts that interest you.
Feel free to email me emarseille@comcast.net with your preference. Otherwise, be prepared to choose between these options. If you want Q&A time, think about what questions want addressed in class.
