Thanks for posting to the forum, in case others are having the same problem.
The homework submission portal is set to allow an unlimited number of submissions. My understanding is you have to override any prior submission first, so you may have to remove/delete your current submission before you can see a "submit" option again.

I ddi the same thing, except I don't see a way to delete/remove my current submission. Has anyone else figured out a way around this?
