Hi DCR - This is our last week of class! I've just uploaded Assignment 7 to the syllabus. This week is a bit different in a number of ways. There are two recorded lectures you can listen to, but they are both special topics, and optional. I've also uploaded a fresh new "Advance copy" of a chapter written for the 5th edition of Designing Clinical Research on use of existing data for research, which has a section on using electronic health records data for research; if you are planning to use EHR data, I do recommend you watch the lecture and read that new chapter. You will be the first students ever reading this chapter!
The homework this week is important to do. It will prepare you for small group, and get you well along the way to having a Final Project to submit. However, you will not be turning anything in this week (and small group leaders will get the week off from reading and commenting on your homework).
I will have Office Hours as usual tomorrow (Friday) at 10:10am - please come if you'd like to discuss anything! Otherwise, I'll see you on Tuesday morning at 9am, as usual.
