Hello! I was working through the homework and wanted to double-check that in Question 1 Example 3 it is supposed to say that a positive association, rather than a negative association, was found between SES and major depressive disorder? Thanks!
Hi Adam, thank you for pointing this out. I believe it was supposed to say "a positive association between low SES and major depressive disorder." Thank you for the catch; I think the "low" got dropped accidentally. Another way to phrase this would be an "inverse" or "negative" association between higher SES and depression, as you inidicate. I will make a note for next year. Best regards, June
