Hello everyone!

Thank you for a great first day of class.

Here are some announcements that were made today:

1. We will be giving extra credit to people who attend lectures. You will get this credit if you join the class within 15 minutes after the start of the lecture and stay until the end. When you come into the Zoom, please write your name and time of arrival, so I can keep track.

2. We have listed information about office hours in a separate discussion topic.

3. Please start on Assignment #1 as soon as possible. It is a 4-5 page protocol and comprises 35% of your grade. It will take a while for you to work on this. We have updated the files in General Resources. You should be able to access the example protocols. Please let me know if you have any problems with the files.

4. For any assignments that are due, please submit your homework before class. As Dr. Malekinejad mentioned, points will be deducted for late assignments.
