Sorry to be writing so many questions. With respect to the graph along the x axis. Does the deciles of risk refer to a 10th of the population (so same number of people in each dot) or predicted risk of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 etc. ? Thank you.

Excellent question, which in fact came up during the pretesting of this question, but not until part c.
The hint to 5c states:
(Hint- note the scales of the 2 graphs are different, and assume these are deciles of the POPULATION, i.e., 10% of the population is in each decile of predicted risk.)
