Final question 6c clarification

Hello, I have a couple of questions about this part of question 6c: "Create a 2 x 2 table with the results above using the conventions preferred for this class (outcome is something bad, drug is in numerator) and calculate the RR, RRR, ARR."

When you say the outcome is "something bad", does this mean "no improvement" is the outcome you are looking for? Based on information in the first part of the question, it sounds like "improved or very much improved" is the outcome of interest so I am confused about what the 2x2 table is supposed to show.

The other question I have is about the drug being in the numerator - what does this mean in the context of a 2x2 table? Or is this referring to the RR?

Thanks for any clarification you can provide.

Yes, in this case the "something bad" would be failure to improve, and the risks of that outcome are what we want to compare.

Yes, the reference to drug being in the numerator refers to RR.
