Scheduling |
Take the lead on solidifying your schedule for the entire quarter. Identify shifts you will miss (holidays, preceptor planned time off, unavoidable schedule conflicts): arrange make-up shifts. Loop in Cynthia as needed. |

Review the entire syllabus and sign the learner’s agreement |
Note the levels of proficiency and clinical caseload expected in a second-year rotation. |

See the GYN peripheral brain resources; make sure they are quickly accessible, and you are familiar with them. Inform Cynthia if you have other items to add to this list. See the GYN order of the report. Use this to give organized reports, but adapt it to your preceptor's desires regarding what is included in it. |
