Email the preceptor to introduce yourself and solidify logistics: cc Cynthia.

-        Include a brief description of your background and experience; consider including your biosketch.

-        Confirm the location, start date, and time

-        Share your phone number and request theirs to coordinate any unexpected or last-minute changes in the schedule

Scheduling


Take the lead on solidifying your schedule for the entire quarter. Identify shifts you will miss (holidays, preceptor planned time off, unavoidable schedule conflicts): arrange make-up shifts. Loop in Cynthia as needed.
