"When entering logbooks for patients seen in a group care setting, enter each patient as an individual “session,” but indicate “yes” for “Group Encounter.” "

InPlace Logs for Centering Pregnancy |

1. Log each patient individually in InPlace: the only difference is that for each visit you note that it was a group appointment. 2. Do not log the entire group as a single visit 3. Log patients who you saw on the mat or you had a significant discussion with the preceptor about the plan of care. |
