I am not sure if I am complicating this question but we were told negative AFI is > 5. Our 2x2 table is based on AFI </=5. Is it correct to interpret this 2x2 table output as AFI positive result and we need to reconfigure it to a AFI negative table?
That table is structured according to the usual Epi 204 convention. D+ is in the left-hand column. D- is in the right-hand column, T+ is in the top row, and T- is in the bottom row. 3b asks for the likelihood ratio of a negative AFI result. This is the likelihood ratio associated with an AFI > 5.
