Do we just submit the word document or the .str file as well? There is only one attachment allowed though. There are points assigned to Q1, 3, 4 and there are no required text answers per se, just actions in SPSS.
Good question. We should have specified. Rather than submitting both a Word document and a stream file (and you can't currently submit both), just take a screenshot to prove you've completed that step and paste it into a Word document. For example, for question 1, take a screenshot of the preview pane in the Source Node or of an output Table Node.
