Great work Christine! I think the diagram really helps to identify the appropriate S1 and S2's. I am looking forward to more discussion in class and perhaps more innovative thoughts to try to get these clinicians to screen more. Well done!

Great DAG! I find that assessing selection bias in these types of interventions is complicated because there is selection at the patient, physician and system level. Often times with this type of educational intervention, the physicians willing to participate are also the most open to change (the early adopters). So your intervention has a much larger effect than it would in the general physician community.

Great DAGs here to lay out the differences in the study and target populations! As Kevin had mentioned, not included here would be physicians motivation at uptake: there has been a scale developed for physician likelihood of using evidence based recommendations.
